ベイカーズダズンはパティシエの営む
港町のトラットリア（イタリア食堂）です。
ベイカーズダズンは、2014年2月、
パティシエの営む食堂として、東京、三軒茶屋にてオープンしました。
木とレンガの温もりに溢れ、沢山のお客様に親しまれましたが
ビルの取り壊しにて、移転の運びとなり、
念願であった僕の故郷沼津にて2017年に再オープンすることになりました。
場所は歴史あるアーケードを抜けた先、沼津銀座入口のビル。
名物は貝類のパスタ。
食後には貝塚のごとく、貝殻の山を築いてください。
シチリアで覚えたとろとろの豚肉のパスタやくっきりはっきり美味しいトマトソース。
小躍りしたくなる前菜盛りや、その場でカットする様々な生ハム。
そして パティシエとして、この世界に入った僕でありますから気合いの入ったデザートもあります。
カリカリにキャラメリゼしたナッツに、冷たくとろけるチョコレートのテリーヌ。
じっくり煮込んだリンゴと薔薇のタルトタタン
クリスマスにはスパイスたっぷり香るシュトーレン
ワインはイタリアを中心に、飲んでいて楽しいヤツ。
気難しいものはありません。
ここは海と山と川、そして人に恵まれた、料理人にもお客様にも楽しい場所だと思います。
